Alignment changes due to hostatic website to do contact form

I have completed the internship project till the awards section of the website. The contact section has a form where the code for it had been given already in the word document. The document also had a link called www.hostatic.com where it wanted me to make the website live to enable the contact form.

I made it live on the hostatic website as given. The alignment completely changes once I reload the page or after some editing. The width of the page increases and the image size also reduces.

Kindly help me with this problem.

The alignment hasn’t changed for a day or so. The HubSpot code for the contact form to be built is not working when I embed the code in my index.html. Please help me

Share a snap of the snippet of the part where you embedded the tag for form.
