Certification of not eligible to answer the Web Development Certification Test

I had given exam and i am not eligible as it was written so what to do as i was eligible as i got 42/50 mrks and i got mail that u are not eligible?

You have used a different email while purchasing the training. It is hem******5@gmail.com. Use the same email id for answering the test.
