Sir , can u clearly expand that how to put source code in a folder (i mean , do i need to copy the code from sublime and paste it on note pad or else i should put index.html and .css files in a new folder )?
When we say source code, it means all files of your project. It includes all the css file, html files javascript files and images and folder. Check the structure of the project.

and also i don’t need js folder because iam not using js, so can i procced without js folder?
If your index.html and other files are already inside a folder then you don’t need to create a different folder.
For example: As you can see in my case, my index.html file is already inside moviefinder folder. I will zip the moviefinder folder and then upload it for submission. If you are not using js in your code then you don’t need to create the js folder.
