Project for Internship(Photo Gallery)

Hey there, I have completed the project and it works, but my code can be optimized, and even after multiple attempts I am unable to optimize my code.
Can you help me with this or just provide me some tips to optimize the code.
Also, should I submit the project as it is or should I optimize it?

You can google the best practices for writing HTML, css, and JavaScript code and you can implement the same in your code. Then you can submit your project and wait for feedback from your mentor.
