This Link is not working…i am not able to give the exam for the certificate

I believe link is properly working, just enter your purchase id .
i did enter with the same id i used to purchase the course but when i am clicking on it to give the exam its showing a blank page
i don’t know what’s the issue but i want to give the exam as soon as possible but i am not able to
