Now ,actually I want some help from u .I m in DJ Sanghvi college and my college wants to get some information regarding my internship. They want the instructor (means u) to fill a form that has been passed in my college to see how I have performed in my internship and to see whether it was valid internship. Can u plz help me by filling the form?
