Does not get completion certificate and email with the list of projects for internship

I have wrote certification exam in web development training, after test it showed that results and certificate will be in the email within 10mins, but It’s been more than 48 hours approx, But still I didn’t get email of My training certificate and also fill internship form but project list mail also not come

Sir, I received the certificate after that I fill the form of internship after filling the form I get the message that list of project will be sent to me in 5 to 30 minutes. but I fill the form an one hour ago but still does not get the list of projects.
